Participatory budgeting, or PB, is a process where communities decide how they want to spend money together. Residents offer, discuss, and vote upon ideas turned into proposals by other resident volunteers. Residents will then vote on these proposals for implementation.

Join the Steering Committee
The Steering Committee creates the rules that we follow in the participatory budgeting process. The steering committee also leads the process for writing up proposals and voting.
Monthly virtual or in person meetings ~ 1.5 hours each
The steering committee can expect to convene over a period of 5 months.
